Apostle Kenneth L. Wilson Jr. is a servant leader called to apostolic ministry with a heart for preaching the Word, equipping believers, and strengthening the body of Christ. He is committed to building Spirit-led communities rooted in faith, order, and transformation.

Executive Pastor

The Executive Pastor oversees the day-to-day operations of the church, ensuring that vision, ministry, and administration work together effectively. This role supports the senior pastor by managing staff, systems, and resources so ministry can function with order, excellence, and accountability.

Virtual Campus Pastor

The Virtual Campus Pastor provides spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the online congregation, creating meaningful worship, connection, and discipleship in digital spaces. This role oversees online services, engagement, and follow-up, ensuring that virtual members are shepherded, equipped, and integrated into the life and mission of the church.

Apostle Kenneth L. Wilson Jr.

, Senior Pastor

Apostle Kenneth L. Wilson Jr. is a dynamic preacher, apostolic leader, and compassionate servant of God whose ministry is marked by restoration, transformation, and Spirit-filled empowerment. Born with a heart for people and a passion to see lives changed by the presence of God, Pastor Wilson serves as the Senior Pastor and Founder of New Dawn Church of San Diego, a multicultural, multigenerational ministry committed to giving every person a fresh start in Christ. Apostle Wilson is known for his powerful preaching style shaped by Pentecostal fire, apostolic insight, and a strong foundation in Scripture. His ministry voice is deeply influenced by the legacy of great preachers such as the late Bishop Willie James Campbell, blending prophetic authority with pastoral compassion. He also serves as a Corporate Chaplain, offering spiritual support, counseling, and leadership development in professional environments. Before entering full-time ministry, Pastor Wilson spent eight years in the United States Marine Corps (2015–2023), where he developed the discipline, resilience, and leadership principles that now shape his pastoral approach. After his military service, he continued to serve the Marine Corps community through leadership in Recreation Management and Military Water Survival at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Apostle Wilson is academically grounded, having studied at Palomar College (AS in Military Leadership) and Central Texas College (AA in General Studies). He is currently completing a B.S. in Organizational Leadership through National University, while also pursuing a Global Supply Chain Management Certification to broaden his ability to serve both ministry and the marketplace with excellence. A prolific writer and thinker, Pastor Wilson is the author of Affirmed and Ordained, a developing work exploring the relationship between episcopal structure and the five-fold apostolic ministry. His ministry portfolio includes developing sermons, theological courses, mentorship programs for young men, and intercessory prayer frameworks that strengthen individuals, families, and churches. Apostle Wilson is committed to faith, family, and purpose. He is joyfully married to Whitney Wilson, and together they are building a legacy grounded in love, service, and Kingdom principles. He currently resides in Oceanside, California. With a heart for the broken, a voice for the called, and a vision for the next generation, Apostle Kenneth L. Wilson Jr. is dedicated to transforming lives—one soul, one family, and one community at a time.
